The best way to start this second edition is with the announcement of the collaboration of two great creative partners. Through their excellent works they have been positioned as global references.
NOMINT, the award winning animation production company, will take charge of the creativity and the design production of the pieces- teaser and promotional piece- of the BassAwards.
Out of its studios in London and Athens NOMINT’s directors are making brilliant work for the advertising, broadcasting and entertainment industries worldwide.
In the six years of presence NOMINT’s work has been repeatedly awarded for its creativity. Most notably with an ADC Young Guns award, two Gold if design awards, three Gold European Design awards and a Bronze Lions award.
NOMINT has recently started representing exceptional international directors, like Eric Lerner and Tony Zagoraios, in the UK and the US.
NOMINT was founded by Yannis Konstantinidis and Christos Lefakis, who are well known for their peculiar content-based work. Yannis and Christos short films “The Holy Chicken of Life and Music”, “The Greek Crisis Explained“, “Mahahula: The Giant Rodent of Happiness“ have been screened at more than 100 festivals all over the world, including Annecy, Slamdance, Clermont Ferrand, Fantastic Fest, Onedotzero, Pictoplasma, F5 and the London Short Film festival.
And the wonderful pieces design by NOMINT will sound with the essence of ZELIG SOUND, a sound studio based in London, characterized by the creation of original music and sound design. They inspire, create and heighten experiences, bringing emotion and magic to all its pieces.
Choosing Zelig Sound was no fluke, within its 6 fundamentals, relentless character is collected in their pursuit of musical beauty and sound design excellence. They understand and hold the creative freedom needed to take on any Project, such as the one of the BassAwards, producing unique sound and music that inspires and drives the emotion of any project.
Some of their sound creations are produced for broadcast design and motion graphics.
The results of their collaboration as creative partners for the BassAwards will be on air on November 2013 (teaser) and January 2014 (promotional piece).
