He began studying Bachelor of Engineering (Programming), but realized that was not his way of relating to the binary world. Finally, he decided to study graphic design at the University of Buenos Aires where basically fell in love with the Motion Graphics.
It was an animator in Medialuna, one of the most important studies of Buenos Aires, worked in Pramer and then on a select team for Fox International Channels Italy from Buenos Aires.
In late 2006 he founded Váscolo where in the permanent search of great challenges achieved major awards at festivals and competitions as Promax BDA, Create Design Awards Australia, NYC or Onedotzero Communicator Awards, among others.
While studying for his Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Universidad de Barcelona, Pep an Abel met and hatched their plan to one day open a studio together. Pep went on to create a company dedicated to providing storyboards to advertising agencies. after working as Web Designer and Creative in different areas, it was finally time to launch that dream studio.
After a bachelor degree in Advertising in Rome, Silvia developed her career as a copywriter and creative producer inside Fox International Channels, Jetix Europe (The Walt Disney Group), and National Geographic Channels. In 2009, she joined Discovery Networks Southern Europe as a Brand & Creative Lead, managing the portfolio creative direction for Italy, Spain, Portugal and France. During her 5 years at Discovery Networks, she led the launch of several incredibly successful TV channels, promoted hundreds of American and International shows with integrated marketing campaigns, introduced new TV characters and web stars to the world, and took home many awards in the process.
Worried by the rumors about the death of TV, in 2015 she recently moved to Los Angeles to find answers.
He is a visually driven Creative Director with a background in Design & 3D compositing. Inspired by art, music and metaphorical concepts, he regularly collaborates with artists with different fields to create visually compelling sequences. He has directed live action & animated commercials and TV
spots for brands like MTV, Adidas, ESPN, FOX, Konica, Bosch, McDonalds, Razer, Philips, Nickelodeon, BBC, HBO, Sony Channels, National Geographic, and creatively directed 7 TV channel rebranding.
He has received over 32 awards recognition from the Promax&BDA Awards and the New York Festivals. Xavier continues to share his knowledge by giving talks at schools and art festivals. Besides being a regular juror for Promax&BDA awards, he teaches Motion Design once a week at Nanyang Polytechnic.

Previously , he was Director of TV COMMERCIALS in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain and the USA Hispanic market in the producer White & Black films based in Caracas, Venezuela. Over 25 years in the audiovisual world.
Alongside his independent work, Rafi has 15+ years experience as a multi-disciplined storyteller in the commercial space for Entertainment, Broadcast, Film, Advertising, Marketing and PR clients. He has shaped global brands with film and animation production, designing web/social campaigns, promotions and experiential events – with a focus on entertainment products and properties.
Rafi is currently Global Creative Director at NBCUniversal International.
